Hello, my luscious bees! Yes, finally, after being busy with our new Kitchen, saying our final goodbyes to our four legged girls, and also dealing with a loss in my personally life, I'm now starting to get up to speed with my backlog of ideas.
Now he's up in all his Android glory! If I’m being honest with you, this is a big little cake. Took me a whole week (with all of my planning), but I do hope this recipe saves you some of this time. If you do try this one out, please let me know. I never normally ask - as I feel if you want to share you will - however for this one especially I would love to see what you come up with. I do want to make this cake again (perhaps a different color next time). For everyone who does tag me, I'll be more than happy to include your cake at the bottom of this post, along with a link to your Instagram (after all... those who bake together, grow together). That’s enough of me talking, Let's just get to the tutorial already haha!

Happy Sunday, my darling honey bees. Just one week to go until easter. It's mad just how quickly easter has come around.
Any way, I'll keep this one short and sweet. As I'm neck deep in baking... the madness!! So much baking to do, and so little time. Onwards and upwards. Cakes don't bake themselves! You can do this cake over one or two days. I'd personal recommend taking two days: with your planning, prepping and baking on day one, then constructing your cake on day two. Starting with body, head, legs. arms and lastly feet (keep your offcuts for the arms, legs and feet). A template for the Teddy Bear to help guide you can be found at the bottom of this page.
Hello my baker bees, so here’s a skull cake that's as quick and easy as it is spooky! Note: This cake requires the use of a special skull shaped cake-tin (link included below).
Hello my little Baker bees, welcome to my little cocktail segment - Lushing it up with Lucille L’queur -
where I take a cocktail drink and turn it in to a cutie cupcake cocktail for you all to get your teeth into (and maybe hate me a little after for not being able to resist). This little delicious black beauty is a black magic martini. |
