Hello, my luscious bees! Yes, finally, after being busy with our new Kitchen, saying our final goodbyes to our four legged girls, and also dealing with a loss in my personally life, I'm now starting to get up to speed with my backlog of ideas.
Now he's up in all his Android glory! If I’m being honest with you, this is a big little cake. Took me a whole week (with all of my planning), but I do hope this recipe saves you some of this time. If you do try this one out, please let me know. I never normally ask - as I feel if you want to share you will - however for this one especially I would love to see what you come up with. I do want to make this cake again (perhaps a different color next time). For everyone who does tag me, I'll be more than happy to include your cake at the bottom of this post, along with a link to your Instagram (after all... those who bake together, grow together). That’s enough of me talking, Let's just get to the tutorial already haha!

Seeing as Easter is right around the corner - and I seem to be picking up speed again - I wanted to do this yummy treat (with my own twist on it, of course).
I have found adding alcohol to desserts doesn’t always work out, however this one certainly did. I felt like the taste of Baileys could have been stronger. Next time maybe I’ll try something a little more powerful, but if you want to experiment be sure it’s a cream liqueur. Hello my darlings bees, back to another classic. This one is a Sachertote; chocolate on top of chocolate. It’s worthy of any fancy dinner party, be that birthday, an anniversary, or just because. Why not treat yourself? A few things that make this cake a classic. It's a rich cake with rum- or brandy-infused apricot jam, and silky chocolate glaze. I could dip a man in this chocolate and not be responsible for my actions!! 💀
Hello my darlings bees. Here is my go to quick and easy chocolate cake recipe, courtesy of my dear Nana L'queur; fit for anyone to make. Even my own mother can do it, and she couldn't cook her books properly.
Hello my darlings bees. Now I've been waiting to do this dessert for ages, and I'm so happy to finally be able to get around to making her.
A little back story: I had a dream one night, and the Green Fairy herself said I should make this dessert. You love cheesecake, and you love Absinthe (long story)... |
