Hello my darling bees! I've been wanting to make these for some time now, When I got married to my husband, Harvey, (a very long time ago), we had theses at our reception. They went like hot cakes! From that moment on, I was obsessed with learning how do you make theses delightfully chewy treats that look like perfectly colored buttons. With one bite, its feels like a party in your... um... mouth! Well, you get what I mean... its always nice having a party go off in your mouth.

Hello my bees! A very good day to you all. If there are two things that work surprisingly well together, it's chocolate & bacon. Well three... three things... chocolate, bacon & alcohol. Thats right, a throuple that works, and works well!
You can do this cake over one or two days. I'd personal recommend taking two days: with your planning, prepping and baking on day one, then constructing your cake on day two. Starting with body, head, legs. arms and lastly feet (keep your offcuts for the arms, legs and feet). A template for the Teddy Bear to help guide you can be found at the bottom of this page.
Hello my bees, this little Hot Toddy recipe good choice for those cold winter nights, and is a very quick and easy to make. In my personal opinion, this drink will go great with any sherry cakes especially my Chocolate Marshmallow Teacake recipe, which is why I paired them together. You can also swap the sherry out for whiskey, brandy, or spiced rum.
Hello my Little baker bees! I see you have clicked on an oldie but a goodie - my Nana's Chocolate Marshmallow Teacakes - which i'll warn you now: you will have a very hard time only having one. Of course as we are now in December I've added some red and green food coloring to give them a touch of Christmas (and, of course, a dash or three of Sherry and Peppermint Liqueur, which hits you a few seconds after your first bite).
