In this week's episode I am baking an old classic: Sticky Toffee Pudding, made with Salted Toffee Liqueur. As always, I would love to hear your feedback, comments and questions! Ingredients¾ cup / 180ml Warm water ½tsp / 0.5g Baking Soda ½tsp / 0.5g Baking Powder ½tsp / 0.5g Salt 5¼ / 150g Brown Sugar 6½ / 190g All Purpose (Plain) Flour 2 Eggs - 4tbsp / 50ml Melted Butter 3tbsp / 60ml Toffee Liqueur (or liqueur/spirit of your choice) Sauce Ingredients4tbsp / 50ml Melted Butter
1 cup / 240ml Heavy Cream 7oz / 200g Brown Sugar 3tbsp / 60ml Toffee Liqueur (or liqueur/spirit of your choice)
