After being away for a few months. I'm back with a few new episodes... And what better way to kick of a new set than with a special Scooby doo Mystery Machine cake.

As always, I would love to hear your feedback, comments and questions! And, of course, if you know any Baker-Bees-in-Waiting, then please do share this video.

Hello my darling bee. I am currently living in California, but I go back and fourth to the UK quite a bit (not currently for obvious reasons).

Oh!! I certainly plan to keep on going. My kitchen is having her facelift, and I’ll be back full speed soon. Thank you for you kind feedback, it really does put a smile on my face.

What was the difficulty in making this part of the Scooby Doo Mystery?

Hello my baker bee! Terribly sorry for not replying sooner.

That’s a very good question! For me I’d say it was transferring the mystery machine logo onto the side of the cake. I wasn’t 100% happy with the results, but I had not done this one before.

It does help when you plan and prep the cake. This one I planned and prepped a week before I started, which made things run a lot smoother.

Happy baking, my darling!
